As of August 2021, there is still a requirement of clubs participating in youth football under Scottish FA jurisdiction, to maintain a training and match attendance register for the purpose of providing contact details to the relevant Scottish and/or UK government health authorities should it be requested as part of 'Track and Trace' requirements for Covid-19 cases or suspected cases. 

Participation in Colony Park Football club training or match activities is therefore conditional on parents accepting that details can be shared with relevant authorities until such time as the Scottish FA requirement is lifted.
