SYFA Comet Mandatory Modules: Child Wellbeing

Once complete the module should appear as Active on your MyCOMET account.

Ticking this box requires a further form to be completed. Please contact us if this is the case.
This self-declaration will show on your system as ‘Submitted’ until such time as your PVG is completed and on the system

You will receive a COMET registration form. this will come via the COMET system to your inbox.
Please sign this, with a signature - no electronic signatures are accepted - and return to secretary@colonypark.org.uk.
Once the items above are complete - please email childprotection@colonypark.org.uk and request to move through the PVG applicaiton process.
Our team will meet with you at a convenient time, for around 15 minutes, to conduct an ID check and to give you information on how the PVG process works.

IMPORTANT: You cannot take part in any training session or match coaching as a member of Colony Park FC until the full volunteer process is completed. You will also not be able to undertake any activities on behalf of the club or team until the full process is completed. This includes being added to any coaching-specific communication channels (i.e. SPOND). The application process is only complete when you receive an email communication from the Club Secretary confirming this.
